Who Am I?
My name is Gus, or Angus, and I'm an adventure filmmaker. I enjoy capturing landscapes, wildlife, and adventure sports through film and photography. I graduated with a degree in Adventure Filmmaking in 2025.
Over the last few years I've had the opportunity to take on a range of adventures that have shaped both my outdoor experience and my filmmaking. I've climbed the East Face of Tryfan, spent a week sea kayaking along the west coast of Scotland, and completed my university dissertation documenting the story of Sycamore Gap. Each adventure has taught me something different and has helped me develop the way I tell stories through film.
Since graduating, my focus has been on building my experience in the outdoors as much as behind the camera. I've spent more time planning and leading adventures with friends, helping them experience places and activities they might not have attempted on their own. While that has meant spending a little less time documenting every trip, it's given me a deeper understanding of the environments I work in and the stories I want to tell.
My biggest goal is to travel the world and share my adventures through the content I create. I want to tell stories that inspire people to get outside, explore new places, and appreciate the natural world.
