This collection is made up of the photographs I submitted as part of my university application in 2022. They were selected from a much larger body of work, and while I had stronger or more polished images available, I deliberately included some of my more experimental photographs. I wanted to show that I was willing to try new ideas, take creative risks, and develop my work, rather than only presenting finished pieces.

At the time, I was shooting on a Canon 7D with a 75–300mm lens and was still learning the fundamentals of photography. Many of the decisions I made came from experimenting and trusting what looked right. Looking back now, I can see how much I've learnt. Today I understand why an image works, allowing me to make informed creative decisions rather than relying purely on instinct.

Although these aren't my strongest photographs anymore, I wanted to include them because they're where my journey into adventure filmmaking and photography began.
